How long does it take to receive my wedding invitations?
Most first proofs are sent within 1–3 business days. Production begins after your final approval.

Can I customize the wording?
Yes! All wording, colors, fonts and some images can be personalized to match your wedding details.

Can I change the fonts or colors?
In most cases, yes. Contact us before ordering if you have a specific request.

Do you offer printed and digital invitations?
Yes. Many designs are available as professionally printed invitations or editable digital templates.

What paper do you use?
We offer premium cardstock options, with luxury cotton paper available for select invitation suites.

Can I order a sample?
Yes! Samples are available so you can see the paper quality and print before placing your full order.

Do matching wedding items come with the invitation?
Matching RSVP cards, detail cards, menus, programs, welcome signs, seating charts, table numbers, guest books, cocktail napkins, coasters, and favor tags are available separately to create a coordinated wedding suite.  We can match any wedding or event invitation. 

Can I purchase items individually?
Absolutely. Our à la carte collection lets you order only the pieces you need.

Most couples order one invitation per household, then add a few extras for keepsakes and last-minute guests.

Can you print guest addresses on envelopes?
Yes. We offer professionally printed envelope addressing for a polished look.

Do you ship throughout the United States?
Yes. We carefully package and ship within the United States.

Can I rush my order?
Rush service may be available depending on our production schedule. Please contact us before ordering.

Wedding Planning

How many wedding invitations should I order?

Most couples order one invitation per household and add 10–15 extras for keepsakes and last-minute guest additions.

When should I send my wedding invitations?

Traditional wedding invitations should be mailed 6–8 weeks before your wedding. Destination wedding invitations should be mailed 3–4 months before the wedding.

When should guests RSVP?

Set your RSVP deadline approximately 3–4 weeks before your wedding date.

Do you offer Save the Date cards?

Yes! Many of our invitation collections include coordinating Save the Dates.

Do I need matching wedding stationery?

Matching stationery isn't required, but it creates a beautiful, cohesive look throughout your wedding day and ties together your invitations, reception décor, and guest experience.

What happens after I place my order?

After your purchase, we'll personalize your design and send a proof for review. Once you've approved the final proof, we'll begin production.

Can I cancel my order?

Because each order is custom-made, cancellations may not be possible once design work or production has begun.

What if I find an error after approving my proof?

Please review your proof carefully before approval. Once approved, it is considered final, and additional charges may apply for reprints due to customer-approved errors.
